Traditional Clambakes with Lobster

Based on traditional New England style techniques where seaweed (rockweed) from the coast of Maine is used to steam:
  • Lobsters
  • Clams
  • Mussels
  • Corn
  • Potatoes
  • Onions

Served open buffet or family style.

Range and Reef features 1.5 lb lobsters in its clambakes (call them “halves” like a true New Englander!) caught wild off the coast of Maine.  A Range and Reef traditional Clambake is ideal for parties of up to 60 people where everyone is not afraid to get their hands messy but we'll provide the lobster bibs and plenty of butter!
